Time to complete varies with complexity of design, sourcing gemstones and workload at the time. This can take approximately 3 to 6 weeks from start to finish. Important considerations in the process

- Diamonds natural or Lab, precious colour gems can be sourced to view and select from
- Preferred metal yellow, white gold, platinum and Sterling silver
- If it is a ring finger, size is important information
- Design the special piece once gem is selected and dimensions are known
- Confirm design , then quote with a 40% deposit to be paid
- Manufacture your design with attention to detail
- Contact to advise completed and arrange a NCJV insurance valuation if required
- Contact you to collect and pay remaining balance upon collection
- Annual complimentary clean and polish and setting inspection, this does not include rhodium plating , which you can pay to be done.
